What's the difference between printed labels and stamped royal mail shipping methods?
We want to offer our customers cost effcient and reliable shipping methods. Both are reliable but labeled packages have a retained shipping number that can be traced by royal mail if delayed or lost.
A reciept will be obtained by the sender for proof of postage, but stamped packages do not have a shipment number, hence the lower price.
Why do you not offer free shipping?
I believe all businesses would love to offer free shipping, and i may over time of running my business but as of this instance, i have to charge shipping to enable my business to grow.
I know we all love a freebie, so keep an eye out for any free shipping days advertised!! <3
What can we expect from your shipping methods?
Unfortunatly with strikes and postal delays there may not be exact certainty of arrival, unless you select tracked shipping. Your package should arrive within the approximated time frame. Do not panic if it doesn't!! I prioritise my customer satifaction and will ensure you are not kept waiting for your jewellery!
